  1. Create a bot or signal: You can create a bot or signal using our SDK.
  2. Backtest your bot or signal: Before publishing your bot or signal, you should backtest it on historical data to see how it performs.
  3. Run your bot or signal: (optional) Once you are satisfied with the backtest performance of your bot or signal, you can run it on live data to see how it performs in real-time.
  4. Submit your bot or signal: Once you are satisfied with the performance of your bot or signal, you can submit it to the BaiBai Marketplace for review.
  5. Publish your bot or signal: After your bot or signal has been reviewed and approved (we aim to approve on the business day of submission), it will be published it to the BaiBai Marketplace for other users to use.

Publishing a bot

When publishing a bot, you can choose to make it available for free or set a price for it. You can also choose profit sharing as a monetization model, which allows you to earn money from your bot based on the profits it generates for users. We recommend that you provide a detailed description of your bot, including its strategy, risk management, and expected performance. You should also provide backtest results to show how your bot has performed on historical data.

Update and unpublish

After your bot has been published to the BaiBai Marketplace, you can release new versions of it by submitting updates. See the Update section for more information.
All users who have subscribed to your bot will be notified when you release a new version. This allows them to update their bots to the latest version and take advantage of any improvements you have made. Updating is optional for users, and they can choose to continue using the old version if they prefer.
You can also choose to unpublish your bot at any time if you no longer want it to be available on the Marketplace.
All users who already have your bot in their account will continue to have access to it even if you unpublish it from the Marketplace. However, new users will not be able to subscribe to it. You will still earn money from profit sharing for existing users who are subscribed to your bot.

Example

Here is an example of a bot that you could publish to the BaiBai Marketplace:
  • Name: MACD Crossover Bot
  • Description: This bot trades based on the MACD crossover strategy. It buys when the MACD line crosses above the signal line and sells when the MACD line crosses below the signal line.
  • Configuration: The bot allows users to configure the MACD parameters, such as the fast and slow periods, and the signal period.
