What it is
The BaiBai Desktop App is designed to make trading more secure and user-centric. Acting as a companion tool, it ensures that all transaction signing happens directly on your system, keeping your private keys safe and off our servers. This way, you retain full control over your wallets while enjoying a seamless trading experience.Note: You don’t need the BaiBai Desktop App for trading. Wallets can also be managed securely on our servers. However, it’s recommended for a more secure and user-centric experience.
Installation
Follow these steps to install and run BaiBai Desktop App on your operating system: Step 1: Download BaiBai Desktop App:
Info: We currently support Windows 10 and 11. The BaiBai app will be available for MacOS and Linux at a later date (planned for Q4 2025).
How to use
Startup & Login
Upon startup, the BaiBai app will attempt to connect to our servers via a secure socket connection. If successful, you’ll be prompted to login with your BaiBai account credentials (and your optional 2FA code).
Home screen
Once logged in, you will see the Home screen, which displays recent activity/trades and other relevant information:
Each activity has a link to the respective trade details page on the BaiBai trading tool, where you can view more information about the trade.
Taskbar Notification Icon
The BaiBai Desktop App will be running in the background and can be accessed via the taskbar notification icon. Right-clicking on the icon will display a context menu with options to open the app, see version and connection information or exit the app.
Realtime Notifications
Trading signals and other important notifications will be displayed in realtime. You can click on a notification to view more details about the trade or signal. Which notifications you receive can be customized in the app settings.

Blockchain Wallet Management
The BaiBai Desktop App allows you to manage your blockchain wallets directly from your system. You can add, remove, and manage your wallets with ease. For all wallets you add via the BaiBai Desktop App transaction signing happens directly on your system, keeping your private keys safe and off our servers.
Interactive Brokers Trading
For Interactive Brokers users, BaiBai Desktop App is essential in combination with the official IB Gateway software.
The BaiBai Desktop App acts as a secure bridge between your IB Gateway software and our servers. This ensures that all trades are executed securely and efficiently.
In order to trade with Interactive Brokers please download the official IB Gateway software.
Once the IB Gateway software is installed and you are logged in, the BaiBai Desktop App will automatically connect to the IB Gateway software.
